Jim and Brenda Beck started the excavation and trucking business in the 1980's and it was known as J.B.'s Backhoe and Repair. The company was later incorporated and renamed Beck's Excavating & Trucking Ltd. Since then, the business has expanded into many facets of the excavation and trucking industry.

Their son, Derrick Beck, now operates Beck's adding knowledge and skill to the company with his education in Civil Engineering Technology. Beck's continues to operate with Jim, Brenda, and Derrick working to provide the best quality to their customers.
The Beck family has worked, played, and lived in this beautiful corner of southern Alberta for five generations now, leaving a legacy of integrity, trust, and hard work.
